I Am My Sisters Sister
So, today at work we ran out of some things, and since I do the order, I felt partially responsible so, I went to Tree-town to borrow. I needed butter pats, tortillas, and a few other things. As I was leaving the Tremonton store, I stepped down a curb and my legs disappeared. I fell. And not just a little trip, skippy, recover. I freakin fell. On my knees. My shoes even came off. It was like when people get hit by cars and they go flying, but their shoes stay. Little butter pats went flying all through the parking lot. Like 250 of them. The kid that was helping me was like, "Uhhhh....are you ok?" And I wanted to DIE! Now, it was a blustery morning. Papers that I was supposed to keep track of were flying through the air, and I had to go get them. My hood from my jacket and my hair were blowing in my face and I kinda had my eyes squinted, so I naturally didn't see the effing TREE in front of me. I bonked my head into a stupid branch that was sticking out. And all I could do was laugh my ass off. My knees kill and so does my toe. :( Brittni, I feel your pain.
WeNdOvEr!
Lacy, Julee, Renee and I went to Wendover the weekend of my birthday. As always, it was fun! Except this time we ALL lost. What the duce!?!
Brittni made me a Rainbow Brite cake this year. Cutsie, right? It was delish. Griff and Blake gave me a cute pair of boots, Ben got me a necklace. Brittni gave me a track suit from my favorite store in Oceanside, and my mom and dad gave me a cute Hello Kitty hoodie, and some lip tint. I also got yummy smelly lotion from some friends. And a Caramello. :)
I got all 29 with one blow!

11/16, a little after 12:00 am as my sister Brittni and I were sitting in my car in her driveway after returning home from This Is It, (which I loved, by the way. That guitar playing girl was a total bad ass) we saw a brilliant light in the sky. We were like, Who would be doing fireworks now? Then, Wait a minute, its going down, not up??? What the duce? Then we looked at it a little closer.....it was like a blue/green fire ball surrounded in red with a long tail, rocketing across the sky. I was like, "Oh, great! The end of the world. I am so not looking forward to this." After it was gone, and nothing else happened, we looked at each other and said, "That Was AWESOME!!!!!" And it was.
Blake and I just got back from a date. We went to New Moon. It was pretty good. Blake loved it. Griff is at his buddy, Keaton's Birthday party. A bunch of boys DYING to see New Moon. Too funny. I am sure they will all love it!

Well.....thanks to my Magic Eraser I went to bed way to late last night, but my house looks fabulous.
I went to the Dr today and after an x-ray, it was determined that I have an "irritated ligament" in my leg, which explains why every 6 weeks or so it hurts like a mother. (even my ligaments are irritated, who knew) I got some steroid/anti-inflammatory which will make me retain water, BUT when I stop taking them, the retention "usually" goes away. I was like, thanks doc, that's awesome! I have been trying to look more puffy, and you have answered my prayers. I was also given some stretches to do. If it doesn't feel better in a couple of months, I have to get a stinkin shot. Since I was there, I just decided to save myself another lovely $35 co-pay and roll my "winter" appointment all into one. I really miss the sun and outsideness of summer, consequently, I have a hard time remaining stable in the winter. I can admit this. Happy pills and tanning, here I come!
This is just how I look when I do my naked stretching. Doesn't everybody?

PSA
A little Public Service Announcement to all out there. Please, please, do NOT wear grey OR brown stretch pants to the gym. Trust me. Nobody wants to see that. And by "that" I mean, sweaty ass crack. Stick with your basic black on the bottom and you should be fine.

To Flush or Not To Flush
We have a fish and I think it is depressed. Blake and I are the only ones who feed it on occasion. It is in a Mason jar because Griff dropped the fish bowl and broke it. Do fish die when they get flushed?
And if anyone is wondering, my new smell is PS I Love You at Bath and Body Works. PS, I love it!

A couple days ago Ben and I heard a commercial on the radio that Takara Sushi was having "All you can eat" for $25.50. We were like, "Bring it Takara!" So we went over last night for a little date and as always it was delicious. We brought Griff some home for his babysitting payment and he couldn't have been happier.
Britt and I went to see The Invention of Lying and let me just say, it totally sucked.
I started my Christmas shopping yesterday so that I won't have a repeat of last year. Brittni helped me since I enlisted her to be my boss for this year's Christmas shopping. It is nice to know that I'm about half done, and it was all done from home! I heart the internet!

My sister Brittni and I saw these hats on our recent Gardner Village excursion and decided we had to have them. It would have been to easy to just buy them while we were there the first time so on Halloween morning we ventured on down to West Jordan to get em. They are FABULOUS! And, it goes great with my broom!
My neighbor told me it must be such a relief to not have to dress up for one day a year. Nice!
