Friday night Ben, me, Troy, Karyn and Gina went on a date to the body exhibit thingy. We got there and the lady at the door was all "Tickets?" and we're all "What?" We didn't have tickets or even know that we needed them. So we asked where we could purchase such things and they were sold out. So for all of you who want to go, GET TICKETS! We went to eat at the Blue Iguana which was delish and we went to see Eagle Eye. Cassidy babysat the boys and baby O. I asked the kids what they did with her and Blake said they played guitar hero. Ben asked if she was any good and he says she can hit almost all the green ones. :)

I Have Failed as a Mother

It's official. I am ashamed to admit this but tonight is the first time Griffen and Blake have seen a Charlie Brown movie. I know. (sigh) I'm so embarrassed. As they were watching Blake was trying to figure out which one Charlie was. Linus would come on the screen, "Is that him?" nope, then Pig Pen, then the piano playing kid, then he repeated the question when Snoopy *dog of all dogs* came on the screen. I was like, "Are you serious? That's Snoopy!!" and he's all "Oh, I didn't know what he looked like." Hellooooooo? Does he not recall the dog plastered all over Knott's Berry Farm? We got our picture taken with him. Apparently he does not. Don't judge me. I feel bad enough.

A Part of Me is Dying

It snowed. Just typing that sentence makes my heart hurt. I haven't been this upset since I found out I was going to have to miss Metallica. I am not a fan of cold weather, therefore I HATE SNOW! The cold toes and hands, wearing shoes, bringing a coat, hat hair, and having a wet dog in the house are just a few of the things I do not enjoy from about now to April.

The boys on the other hand were thrilled. I don't know what their problem is.

On Thursday me, Julee, Tracy, Lacy, Renee and Candy went to Andy's for some Greek food and drinks. I mostly enjoyed the drinks :) and of course the company.

I DID IT!
I slept until 10 today!! I have been wanting to do this since school started, but for some strange reason have been unable to. Let me tell you, it was awesome. I hope to do it again sometime soon.

Since I can't sleep and I am so over blog-stalking, I guess I will post a post. Jerri and I went to the movie tonight. The Women. It was pretty good. I laughed so hard at some parts I cried. I'm sure the gigantic Diet Coke I had is contributing to the fact I can't sleep. I have started weighing myself every Sunday and I am well on my way to losing those 10 elbees. Only 9 to go! Griff and I have started running a mile every day and I thought that was going to be so great to add to my gym regimen, except I haven't been to the gym (except to tan) for probably 2 weeks. Also, it only takes about 10 minutes, soooooo, I'm thinking it might not be enough. I just keep thinking about what I could possibly go to Logan for so I can go get some dang sushi. That stuff is like crack.

I knew we would go back. Last nite Ben, me and Jerri went over to Logan to meet Tracy and Rhett at Takara Sushi. We saw Ash on the way over, so she came too. She didn't stay and eat though. I think we ordered 9 rolls, (holy crap) and of course edemame and egg rolls. I love that place. Then we went to the White Owl and played darts. Good Times.

My Aunt said she wanted to see some of my Halloween decor, so Sandra, baby, this one's for you!

Last night Ben and I and a friend went to Takara Sushi in Logan and it was yum-o! I didn't really know what to expect, but it was really good. The Mexican sushi roll was the best to me and for some reason I think that is funny. We also had edemame and it was good, and they had really good egg rolls too. We had a California roll, and a crab roll thing and a couple other things, but I can't remember the names. And when you're done your full, but not sick full like if you had Italian or steak or something. We will definitely be going again.

WENDOVER, BABY!



Some of my girlfriends and I went to Wendover. It was a BLAST! We stayed at the Rainbow. I like to gamble, but only if I win. Wierd, I know. I usually play Roulette and I always bet on 23, and the corners around it, but I just wasn't feeling it. So I played 21 for a while and then hit the slots. I found these machines that my Auntie Sandra told me about and they were so much fun. They have 5 spinning things and you get a bunch of extra spins and stuff and they're reall loud. I loved it. All in all I lost $40 and that was enough for me. We had a really fun time.

My sister-in-law, Gina, has a plum tree in her yard and Ben loves plum jam soooo........VOILA!

He made some. I put it in the jars. We are so resourceful.
